Fantastic location close to Praca de Comercio - apartment was exactly as advertised and they set up the sofa bed before we arrived. Breakfast is quite basic since it is given in containers the night before, but we didn't mind! I will definitely be back whenever I return to Lisbon.

We even got a bottle of red wine as a welcome drink It was not loud at night and beds were comfy (on a harder side) Loved having a washing machine in the room. We could pack less and stuff our luggage with souvenirs Staff was very helpful and even accommodated to our request for lactose free milk

The hotel is a historical building and it is amazing. The staff are absolutely helpful and friendly. We had a great time staying there. We like the little garden in the property and it is so peaceful and beautiful. Strongly recommend those who stay in the hotel to try out the breakfast in the hotel, the view and morning ray into the dining area is simply breath-taking. Good variety of food choices and most important of all, they taste good and you will be completely pampered by the staff.

Staff was really lovely and gentle, they made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Maids also made sure our bedroom was supplied and clean everyday. The neighborhood which the hotel is located can be noisy but we could barely hear the noise from outside. It had blockout and soundproof windows! The bed was really comfy and it had a great balcony view.
