The hotel occupies some floors (I do not know how many) of an entire building. The room had a wonderful view into the city to the riverside. The city lights were great. Excellent Wi-FI. Very good smart TV. There was also a new fridge and a washing machine. Very good bathroom. No safe nor microwave (but we knew from the beginning when we chose the property, and it was not a deal-breaker). Ms. Luyen from the reception was very helpful and professional. She helped us with the taxis reservation from and to the airport and to the different locations around Da Nang. The taxi driver she got was very reliable and the prices were very fair (most of them the same as they appeared in Grab). The hotel is not located in the typical beach area, but we could reach it very easily by walking. This seemed indeed an advantage, as the area was quiter. You enter the building through a fine souvenirs shop with very beatifull handcrafted goods (very friendly staff here as well).
