Excellent stay, very stylish, clean, quiet, spacious and quite luxurious. The bed was extra comfortable. Our suite was equipped with a very good sauna that we tried and also a nice bath facing the double bed. An anteroom served as a sitting corner and dining area with a little kitchen with a fridge, washbasin and even a small glass-ceramic hob. We were surprised to see even an Umbrian red wine in the kitchen corner, as a thank you gift for us, which we enjoyed very much. Overall a great place to stay and enjoy the beautiful city of Perugia. Everything was as described on booking and even better. Thank you!

The super clean apartment is managed by an excellent host. So very helpful right from the start helping with luggage and getting settled. The location is directly across from Santa Chiara, Saint Clare Basilica. So location is extremely good, right on the main street leading from Santa Chiara to San Francesco Basilica. Restaurants, coffee bars, shops, scenic overlooks are all nearby. Apartment has a lovely terrace to sit and relax, view of Rocco Maggiore, and it is well equipped, including a washing machine. Perfect for a short or long stay. Highly recommend apartment and host.

Everything was amazing! The apartment is very clean, has a lot of space and the host was very friendly. There was everything that we needed and the surroundings are very quiet and calm. You can even see the stars in the night. If you want to travel around Tuscany, it's a place we totally recommend!

Our host Oxana was great from start to the end. Extremely kind and hospitable. Great spacious apartment that is clean and comfortable. There were 3 of us and we were satisfied with the amenities. The welcome message from Oxana included many useful details and she was kind enough to check in on us throughout the stay. We had many pleasant surprises along the way during our stay and would highly recommend staying in either or both of their rooms. Thank you Oxana and Ianis!

This property has risen to the top of my favorites list! The apartment itself was gorgeous, comfortable, incredibly well stocked and Laura was such a great host. I would’ve loved to stay longer.
