The air conditioning was a life saver for the hot summer days.

Perfect value for money, perfectly maintained and also valuable information provided from the host like restaurants around, private chef hire, taxi or anything you need to have a perfect stay.

Located in Bologna, the recently renovated Casa Alderotti provides accommodation 1.9 km from Saint Peter's Cathedral and 4.9 km from MAMbo. We enjoyed the room available in the apartment with separate bedrooms, entry foyer and dining/lounge room. Host was easy to communicate with and assisted with instructions for the washing machine. Checking in and out was easy. We were able to prepare simple meals during our stay. We had a comfortable stay and slept well. We were able to find parking on the street near the building. The apartment was a good base for our visit to Bologna and surrounding areas.

This is the perfect apartment in Bologna! Close to restaurants and bars and yet still quiet at night. Everywhere you would want is walking distance. I highly recommend staying here. I was super impressed with the facilities of the apartment and the location. Can’t go wrong!
