Set in Devonport, the recently renovated Silwood Apartment fully self contained with Kitchen and Laundry offers accommodation 2.7 km from Back Beach and 2.8 km from East Devonport Beach. The apartment was beautiful and Yvonne welcomed us graciously with fresh baked cookies and bread as well as delicious breakfast supplies for the next morning. With the fresh bread we made breakfast toast and sandwiches for a picnic lunch—fabulous! We appreciated having a washer and dryer in the apartment—it is so helpful to be able conveniently do laundry traveling for an extended time. We’ve been traveling through New Zealand and Australia for nearly 10 weeks and Yvonne’s lodging and warm welcome can’t be topped!

Fantastic view! Had a lovely clean and modern finish inside with all the amenities you would need. Very comfortable beds, shame we only could stay one night!

Wynyard is a brilliant little town and this place was very nicely set-up to stay. Cosy room nicely presented, great location just a short drive out of the centre.
