The host, Manfred, is a delight! He lives on-site so there is no problem in checking-in. He's a fount of knowledge and advice. The small room had everything required - fully-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, TV+apps, good Wi-Fi. The washing machine was a bonus. Small semi-private area outside appt to relax with a beer and a book. Tip: Press the buzzer button named "Manfred + ..." at the entrance. Tip: Go to Friesach - fabulous little side trip for FREE on the SBahn to a walled village. Tip: A SPAR is just behind the Lidl.

Everything was clean, great and we had a very good stay for the night we were in transition. The host was very helpful and even left us some snacks for when we arrived. We really enjoyed everything!

We were able to book last minute for a one night stay. The host met us at the door and showed us our room. What a great apartment! We slept so well and we were rewarded with a gorgeous lake view in the morning. I would have loved to stay longer and explore the area.
