The hosts really made an effort to make sure our stay started off perfectly. There were so many little touches in the kitchen, living area and bathroom that really showed they cared about their guests. The apartment is well kitted out, has a fully functional kitchen including coffee machine and Italian coffee maker (because choice is important...) and feels spacious and modern. We did use the good quality sofa bed and a fully grown adult was comfortable on it.

A very nice, clean, spacious apartment a little out of the way in a residential area. The city center can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. Key handover via key box without any problems with the very dedicated, friendly landlady. Water in the fridge, coffee available, parking in front of the house, everything tip top.

This little apartment with one double bed is perfect for someone or a couple on a short stay in Piacenza. It is conveniently located in a quiet part of the centre and only 600m from the train station. It is also ground floor, so it has easy access. If you wish to cook in to save money, this place is for you. Be sure to check the cupboards as there is plenty of cooking ingredients like pasta, cooking oil, etc. Tiziana also left plenty of coffee, tea, and pastries for breakfast. The shower is fantastic too, with great water pressure. I will return if it is available!

It had all the facilities we needed and we got a good nights sleep. There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby so it was easy to get breakfast. We did not meet the host as access was arranged via a lockbox but it worked quite well. The only problem we had was working out which flat in the block was ours for the night. Its a little way from the centre of the city but the price reflects this.
