The host was very friendly and helpful throughout although we had many unfortunate events that occurred during our stay that was not in their control. The host was apologetic too hence our average rating. Positives included: - Very friendly host who was messaging us throughout to check in on us and tried to help as best as possible to fix the issues that occurred (thanks).
