The location,the interiors which were beautifully finished combining the old and the new. The bathroom that had an excellent shower, was spacious with high end fixtures and fittings,the bed that was heavenly,the kitchen which had everything you needed including a full oven,dishwasher,fridge , induction hob and even a traditional espresso machine in addition to the pod coffee machine. The host Lorenzo was friendly,very helpful,informative and went above an beyond. He met us in person on arrival and kept in touch throughout our visit via WhatsApp. We were confident in contacting him about anything we needed. The breakfast items provided were comprehensive and plentiful. He even accomadted my request for lactose free milk. Lorenzo then took it upon himself to,without being asked,provide lactose free biscuits,yoghurt and mozzarella cheese!!!. A lovely bottle of white wine was waiting for us upon arrival. Bottled water both sparkling and still in 2 litre bottles were in the fridge along with eggs,yoghurts,fruit puree individually packed to add to yoghurt. All the dry goods were arranged on the dining table for you to see. There was plenty of cupboards space to put it away. Tea,coffee, coffee pods and sugar were provided . The aircon was perfect and could be controlled by remote control in each room. There were also radiators in each room so a stay here ,regardless of season would be comfortable.There was plenty of wardrobe space but not too many hangers so bring your own as we did.Although I am sure Lorenzo would have sourced extra if we had asked.The apartment building was very quiet and the double glazing was excellent.

An excellent choice to stay in Bergamo. THe area itself is quiet, there is a small grocery store across the road and a huge supermarket 10 mins walk from the flat. Children had nice time in the park (7 mins walk), which has a big playground. The apartment itself has everything you might need (even the olive oil was there, thank you Alessandro), so we were able to cook. There is a washing machine in the apartment, which was handy. Rooms are very spacious and they have desks should you need to work. Overall we were very happy during our stay. Alessandro collected us at the rail station and brought us to the airport, which was a huge help. Its also very easy to get to the city centre by bus. We would definitely stay again.

A minden igényt kielégítő kontinentális reggelit a hozzájuk tartozó kedves kis étteremben szolgálják fel. Sajnos, csak átutazóban voltunk, de biztos, hogy még visszajövünk.ÁgnesFiatal pár

Szép volt a szoba, kényelmes, az egész apartman. WIFI jól müködött! Tisztaság is rendben volt.
