Excellent property. Quiet area and not very "touristy" so a good base for a family. Parking space is a little tight but there's easier parking 50m from the property if that's a problem. The property manager and owner are both really helpful.

Absolutely fantastic! She left everything so organised, amazing first time impression from the time we open the door. The entire house it’s well organised, absolutely lovely, not only the house, but the host too. Close to the airport too. We get there later night, and she help us with our needs, to find the location precisely. She gave attention for us along the entire week, when we need to know about shops, pharmacy, actually anything we need, she was very helpful. The kitchen have everything a family need for cook daily, local restaurants also delivery there, and when we wake up fancy for a nice breakfast, the Albahaca restaurant delivery very quickly the food we need. Living room, small balconies and terrace around the flat was very charming. Amazing sunset there! Rooms are very nice, air conditioning everywhere there, and bathroom/ shower excellent! Wash machine works perfectly! Excellent experience, I definitely gonna come back.

Fantastic place and location. 200m to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars around. Everything at your fingertips. As for the facility itself, the apartment was great. Everything as described. The owner is incredibly friendly, always helpful. Everything at the highest level. I am 100% sure that we will return to Rhodes and if possible we will stay here again.

Very close to the beach, the owner is always there and super nice, makes coffee and gives you fruit on the house. The room is very big and equipped for a long stay if you are kiting

My friends and I were spending two weeks to kitesurf and it was absolutely wonderful. We stayed at the No. 2 bedroom apartment from which we could see the Ocean and the first kites in the morning (3 min walk to the beach). The interior is simple, but you got all you need and the apartment was very clean (during our stay it was cleaned every 2nd day). Only wished we had an additional AC as one bedroom had only a fan, which was quite challenging during the hot summer nights, apart from that couldn’t wish for more. It is a family run business and they all have their heart an soul devoted to make you feel as welcome and at home as possible, which we all certainly did. The hospitality is one of a kind and rarely found like this anymore these days. They organized a birthday cake for my boyfriend, took care of me when I wasn’t feeling good, helped us out with tools for Boards (unasked) and remembered little details like our coffee choices as well as to take care of our veggie wishes, extra sheets etc. We even learned some greek phrases and had our first Mastiha Shots together, just to name a few special memories. We had breakfast and most of our dinners there under the sky and felt lucky to have the restaurant just in front of our door, as we spent most of our evening on the water for kite surf sunset sessions. The restaurant is also managed by the family and you can taste the delicious traditional receipts for dinner, of which we ordered even more to take as lunchsnack to the beach. Nicest, heartwarming hosts, splendid food and simple-clean accommodation, the kitesurf spot in front of your door with a very good price performance ratio! Will definitely come back and book again!
