The house is gorgeous, and the hosts are really great. We were picked up at the harbour and guided to the house, they came every day to clean and provide fresh towels and stuff. This was the only house we found with three *real* bedrooms (usually a couch in the livingroom often is stated as "bed"), there is a very well equipped kitchen, so actually we felt as "at home" as in our own home ;) Be prepared though, that the house is quite up the hills, an all-wheel driven car really helps. We had a regular front-driven car, but the drive was quite adventurous with it

The owner, Ioanna, is super friendly and attentive. She will give you all the necessary information for the island upon arrival and recommendations for beaches, food, shopping etc. Be sure to follow them since they are honestly good recommendations and not tourist traps. Furthermore, the room was spotless. An overall great experience at Villa Anna!

Best location in Skiathos. The restaurant, Exantas, is right on the beach, and no more than 8 meters from the water. I will stay here again next year and pay extra for the ocean view. I booked the least expensive room (the only one available) which was in the second building of the hotel, behind the first building with no view of the beach or the ocean, and especially in the summer it would be SO worth it to have that ocean breeze and view. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning unit kept the room cool enough once I figured out how to turn it on, and the room was spacious with ample space and shelving to place luggage & clothing. The kitchen was functional and decor of the was simple but classy. Staff was friendly & helpful, the owner polite & knowledgable. He called a taxi to take me to the airport, which arrived 5 mins later. For a single female traveler it was very safe. I felt like I was in good hands. The room was quiet. I had one night in Skiathos and didn't feel the need to leave the property to enjoy Skiathos, since the hotel's restaurant, Exantas, had amazing food, atmosphere & beach proximity. The hotel has lounging beach chairs/beds with umbrellas which can be rented for the entire day. These chairs can be used for an hour or two for free, as the staff explained to me that waiters will come down once a day around noon to collect the daily fee from those who are using them, and if you only sit there for a couple of hours (leaving around 11am to pack and check-out like I did), it is likely you will be gone before they collect the daily fee. Get the chicken wrap for breakfast. OUTSTANDING.

Perfect view from every single window. Quiet and green area. Just 50 meters downside the property you could find supermarkets, the bus station no 5 and crossing the street there was a way to Megali Ammos beach. The apartment was cleaned/arranged every single day (except Sunday), I highly recommend for families.
