It was very nice of the owner to provide welcome dring and breakfast. Despite the fact the caravan is in the Holiday park, it was very quiet and we slept well. Very good communication with the property owner.

Situated in a very nice location (close to the sea), the flat is simply amazing! Very well equipped and decorated, nothing was missing (there were even kid toys!) and the beds were super comfortable.

It was our first rental. We had our own plates, cutlery, cups and on site we found everything we needed and even more. Very clean, fresh bedding, only one thing: the children complained about the lack of internet, but it was known from the beginning, but they still wanted to stay longer. We highly recommend it. The property was lovely, fresh, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely modern smart TV, nice, well stocked kitchen, shower and bath. Nice views over the river but only 2 mins walk from high street. Tescos literally over the road too and beach 5 mins drive away. Easy access instructions and parking readily available. It was home away from home. Price wise, Edinburgh pricing is generally high (and rugby world cup was on) so whilst not inexpensive it is comparable.
