Good location with a 5 minute walk to 7 Eleven and ATM. 10 minute walk to pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. Grab food delivery and transportation is available here. 24 hour security. Excellent wifi. Smart TV with Netflix and more. Host is very accommodating. Great value. Truly enjoyed our stay here.

Very nice apartment with lovely bedroom and kitchen. Great location, as we arrived by bus at the north bus terminal (walking distance), it is also just opposite of the SM mall. Public bus is just stopping in front of the tower of the street. Pool is refreshing, but closed on Tuesday due to cleaning. Overall, wonderful furnished room with lovely little details, easy communication and I can highly recommend it when staying in Cebu :) I would come back again any time. Thank you Jenni!

There are also two Korean restaurants, one nice massage store, and a good laundry store downstair in the same buildings.

I come to Cebu every other month to spend a month with my fiancée and her daughter who live in Mandaue. This condo has - and continues to be - my home away from home. It is comfortable, clean, secure, and very nice. There is a great laundromat (Dropshot Laundry) on the main road and lots of restaurants and a grocery store in Oakridge Business Park - less than a 5 minute walk away. The front desk has water for sale - very convenient. My Fiancée and I both work for US companies, so the fast, dependable internet is a necessity. Has always been great here. The hosts are very responsive and reply very quickly. I tried half a dozen other places before finding this gem so I know the competition quite well. I have already stayed here two times and have an additional 4 months booked throughout the rest of 2024. As I said, our home away from home.
