Went early to ask about where the parking was & was met at reception by a lovely lady called Joy. Wonderful service from Joy, other hotels/motels should maybe have a look to see how customers should be welcomed to their establishments. Thank you Joy for making things so easy, even called us to advise that our room was even ready for whenever we liked. Clean & tidy from the entrance right up to the rooms. Service staff we met in the corridors were lovely & friendly as well & thank you for doing such a great job/service. ;)

Situated 15 km from Auckland Harbour Bridge, Sunrise Garden Serviced Apartments Albany offers 4-star accommodation in Auckland and has a garden. Very nice, new apartment. We booked a two bedrooms apartment, but got 2 one-bedroom apartments. The apartment is spacious, have a good functional kitchen for easy breakfast. Nice living room and bathroom that is well equipped. Our apartments are facing the wood, therefore, very quiet. There is underground parking facilities, which we appreciated. Overall, very nice apartment, highly recommended.

A beautiful cabin, lovely, modern, clean and heaps of room for 4 adults. The lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. We will be going back for another stay.
