Este establecimiento se encuentra en una zona excelente rodeada de jardines paisajistas, cerca de la famosa playa de Playa del Carmen y la 5ª avenida, y ofrece apartamentos totalmente amueblados de 2... Todo el hotel nos parecio muy lindo. Era como estar durmiendo en la selva y el bungalow y la psicina nos encanto. Esta super ubicado y se puede caminar para casi todos los lugares de interes.

All rooms are really apartments, and very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, balconies were off every room, and very clean. The infinity pool was really great with spectacular views.

When going to Hotbox with my family, I was actively searching out for a quiet place with chill vibes and a safe environment. I didn't want a lot of luxury, but a little kitchen and a hammock would be gold. From my reservation with Valentina and Jacqueline's communication from the very beginning til actually staying there for a week was beyond expectations. She offered us some compensation for the noise from ongoing construction work on the neighboring ground upfront (also offered to cancel reservations), and apart from one day with heavy work, we didn't really notice it. The kindness and straightforward communication in every aspect of our stay was exceptionel and part of the reasons why I would chose to go back to Valentina if we are to visit Hotbox again. Everyone was so attentive and respectful, it was really a pleasure meeting them. Other reasons would be the peace we felt in the little garden, following the lifes of the resident iguanas (we felt very close to them upon leaving), from the hammocks and hanging chairs on the terrasse. The kitchen supplied us with everything we needed, we made our own breakfast every morning, and the little house comes with plenty of water and coffee. The heating system was working perfectly and they provided us with blankets as well as just the sheets, which I thought was considerate. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The amazing beach is just minutes away, and in close walking distance we found both horseback riding and the bioluminescence (which was a quite magical experience). We also walked daily to town along the beach, we hardly ever needed a taxi. My son is autistic, and one morning he woke up and hit me. I was totally surprised and asked him why did that? Turned out he was mad that we had to leave again, and I don't think a better recommendation could be given:-) Thank you Jacqueline and everyone else for all the fond memories you gave us, I look forward to hopefully coming back one day.

Brauliio greeted us with beautiful inspiring ritual. The apartment was large and well appointed with deluxe bed. Kitchen complete. Architecture striking, including roof pool. Incredible value. Staff impeccable.

Everything was amazing.. the property looks better than the photos! The rooftop pool was so clean! Laundry for $4 was pretty good too! We had the lovely Antonella giving us local recommendations for food/activities and they did not disappoint! Already planning our return for next year! The Irish Couple☺️🇮🇪

Les Suites Calle 2 by Galian se encuentra a pocos pasos del centro de Tulum y a 4,4 km de Zona arqueológica de Tulum. A very nicely designed and well-equipped apartment, spotlessly clean; extra comfy bed. Great communication with the host, the pre-arrival tips were a nice touch. Recommended.
