I found their customer service on the booking website to exceed my expectations. They were able to respond in a timely manner even during the night. The property is also located within walking distance from a major transit hub with multiple convenience stores as well as a large grocery store within ten minutes. There is a washing machine and a drying function on the shower side which is a very nice touch. Multiple minor amenities were provided along with what you would usually expect a room to include with a stove.

Not so much an hotel but a self contained apartment with everything you could want for self catering. Although tucked away in a side street, the apartment is just five minutes' walk away from the Denden shopping area and about the same distance from the nearest metro stop. There are literally dozens of cheap, and great, places to eat within a few hundred yards of the apartment. Also, although there is no check in desk, the on line staff were really helpful and quick to respond when I had a problem (of my own making!).

The room is extraordinaryly large. Washing machine was not expected but its presence actually is a bonus. It's so quiet and has excellent drying power. All clothes were dried perfectly when we woke up. It was so quiet that it didn't disturb our sleep at all.
