Located in Agia Pelagia, Stella's Houses provides accommodation and free WiFi in Agia Pelagia Kythira. All units come with a seating area, a TV and a private bathroom with free toiletries and shower. I loved every moment of my stay at Stella's Houses. The room was spacious, comfortable, immaculate, and well-equipped, with a splendid view of the sea and town below and every morning, the sunrise. The breakfasts were outstanding, featuring all the basics plus yummy treats, including daily French patisserie quality cakes or pies, and some kind of savoury casserole or pita, as well as Stella baked bread and homemade jams and marmelades made with fruit from their garden. The team of Stella, son Stathis and his wife Penelope were unbeatable and spent much of their time doing whatever they could imagine to be helpful and generous to guests and creating an atmosphere of pleasant camaraderie. I miss the place already and very much hope to return soon, much like the enthusiastic repeat guests that I met during my stay. Highly recommended!

Just 300 metres from Paleopolis Beach in Avlemonas, Anemes is a whitewashed building featuring self-catered rooms with a veranda overlooking the Aegean Sea, Kythira’s landscape and the garden. Excellent location. Our studio was spacious and well maintained. There were all the amenities, such as coffee maker, espresso machine, fridge and a stove. Bathroom was large and modern. Comfortable beds. There was also a large balcony with beautiful views of the Paleopoli beach. The owners were very friendly, laid back and made us feel at home. A great plus the choice to bring the huge breakfast that they served to your room and enjoy the great views while having it. Parking was easy right across the street.

Boasting quiet street views, Aloi Studios provides accommodation with balcony, around 12 km from Loutro tis Afroditis. We liked that the room was quite, absolutely clean and comfortable. The balcony surrounded with flowers was really special. Maria and Fotis were were the best hosts we have met so far. Friendly, kind, always asking if there is something they can do and actually made the extra mile when needed. The selection of this room was one of the main reasons of having such a wonderful vacations in Kythira. I totally recommend it to anyone who want to visit the island.

What better way to start your day than watching the sun rise from the sea, while enjoying breakfast on your own balcony? Athena Apartments and Studios give you the opportunity to do just that. Spacious and very clean room with a little kitcken. Private balcony wiht a sea view. Staff was very kind and friendly; they gave me a ride to the port. The town is very quiet and peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature (sea and mountains). A good 6km hiking route to another town Avlemonas.

Within 100 metres from the beach of Agia Pelagia, in Kythira, Romantica Apartments offers rooms with fully equipped kitchen and free Wi-Fi. A beautiful property, amenities, friendly staff. Because I was traveling alone, they kindly upgraded me to a beautiful room with a private terrace. The daily breakfast offerings were amazing, the staff was so helpful - I don’t speak Greek but they were able to help me locate a nearby pharmacy when needed, helped me sort taxis and were just overall amazing. The Nepali staff on site were so kind, courteous and always went out of their way to help me with anything I needed - even when I didn’t ask! The grounds themselves are gorgeous, modern, clean and well maintained. The pools were a great, the bar was a great area for friends to gather, the location too is amazing —- just feet away from the beach and a very short walk to restaurants, a grocery store, and anything else you can need. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. (A special thank you to Daniya, at reception!)
