The hospitality in this hotel goes above and beyond the needs of their customers. Initially we had faced a few small difficulties that were immediately rectified by the management and we had an amazing experience and stay at the Muckross. The staff are the pride and assets of this hotel. A special mention to Daniel, Brida, Lisa, Dennis, Stuart and Lucin along with the rest of the staff for making our stay so special and being well looked after.
