Best location in Skiathos. The restaurant, Exantas, is right on the beach, and no more than 8 meters from the water. I will stay here again next year and pay extra for the ocean view. I booked the least expensive room (the only one available) which was in the second building of the hotel, behind the first building with no view of the beach or the ocean, and especially in the summer it would be SO worth it to have that ocean breeze and view. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning unit kept the room cool enough once I figured out how to turn it on, and the room was spacious with ample space and shelving to place luggage & clothing. The kitchen was functional and decor of the was simple but classy. Staff was friendly & helpful, the owner polite & knowledgable. He called a taxi to take me to the airport, which arrived 5 mins later. For a single female traveler it was very safe. I felt like I was in good hands. The room was quiet. I had one night in Skiathos and didn't feel the need to leave the property to enjoy Skiathos, since the hotel's restaurant, Exantas, had amazing food, atmosphere & beach proximity. The hotel has lounging beach chairs/beds with umbrellas which can be rented for the entire day. These chairs can be used for an hour or two for free, as the staff explained to me that waiters will come down once a day around noon to collect the daily fee from those who are using them, and if you only sit there for a couple of hours (leaving around 11am to pack and check-out like I did), it is likely you will be gone before they collect the daily fee. Get the chicken wrap for breakfast. OUTSTANDING.

A very beautiful and large apartment with an even more beautiful view. 50m from stop number 5 up the hill. The super helpful owner drove us to the airport when the island was hit by floods and the roads were almost flooded, for which we thank her very much.

Location-View is amazing, especially if you have a sea view room! The room and the public spaces (pool/cafe) were super clean, the owners were very hospitable, special thanks to the girls who were cleaning our room-they were so polite, to the owner-lady(Fiorella), his brother and his nephew(Elias). Would definitely stay there next time we'll visit Skiathos!!

This was a great place to stay. I had a studio with a sea view. The location was right on the beach and a 15 minute walk into town. Also a 2 minute walk from the bus if you didn't want to walk! The room was spacious, clean and of course the best part was the view! The little cafe/bar infront had very nice food. I had a room that overlooked the bar and it did not disturb me in the evenings. The only thing I was unsure of was the check-in process. No one was in reception and didn't appear to be for the time I was there. However there was always staff around so someone to ask if needed

The resort is conveniently located within walking distance of the main town just off the ring road connecting all the beaches. Ezceptionally clean, Mr. Stavros is a superb host extremely accpmmodating.

Nice quiet location lovely pool area staff friendly we stayed one night before heading to skopelos and the room was modern with all the amenities comfy bed nice bathroom and a hot tub on the balcony. Views were nice and the breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. Staff were always on hand to answer any questions I’d have no second thoughts about staying again. Lovely family run hotel.
