Excellent location close with short walking distance to various restaurants and small grocery stores. A lot of rent-a-car options close by with options to rent cars, bikes, motorcycles, atvs. The locals are super friendly and many speak English to a level that makes it easy to get help for whatever you may need to know.

We spent a whole week at the Hokkum Studios. Maria is a wonderful host! Also the support via WhatsApp is fantastic! We had two rooms with balcony and were very happy to have made this booking. The rooms are equipped with bathrooms, sink, fridge, water boiler, free coffee and tea. The garden sitting area is beautiful, surrounded by trees. Everyday the rooms are cleaned and provided with fresh towels. The accomodation is located 2 walking minutes from the city center (church of Kokkari). Restaurants, supermarkets and a beautiful bay are close by. Other beautiful beaches are about 30 minutes by foot or you can take a cab. We loved spending part of our vacation at Hokkum and will happily return when in Samos - Efkaristo poli!

Studio is family owned in the village Kokkari where all facilities are on walking distance; market, bars, cafes, restaurant, beach and bus station. Our studio has a nice terrace where you can enjoy your evenings. Studio was clean, hosts speak English and are very hospitable and kind.

This is absolutely a great place to stay with very charming people running it. Wish we could stay a bit more. They candidly help you out when you are in need. Will come back again for sure. The amenities of the room may seem old fashioned but we did not mind, the room was super clean.

Nancy is perfect host and she give us too much information about island. Room is very clean and designed very cool. Hotel is perfect but I would like to say Nancy is aristocrat and you will inspire from her with every conversations. She has an art gallery which pictures made by her. What a wonderful place! People at the hotel are super nice, and the views are amazing, there is a beach nearby and also some good restaurants and bars within walking distance.
