Loved the staff hospitality and helpfulness! Really warm and lovely! The food!!!!!! Breakfast was always so sumptuous Loved that there's a variety of pools! The free bus to the beach! Feels like a little estate of its own but not too far from social life. The place was so homely and the scenery beautiful!

My stay was excellent. From the very good service during check in, to getting a free upgrade to a one bed apt. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My apt was clean and had everything I needed for my 5 day stay. Room was cleaned once in the middle of my stay and that was fine with me as a solo traveller I didn't mess up the place. Distance to the beach or Los Cristianos town is maybe a 20min walk downhill but there's taxi ranks just outside the hotel if you need them. WiFi speed was very good in the room. TV has several channels in different languages. Overall very pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was perfect... I would rate this place 11/10... The staff was extremely nice, the apartment, the pool and the gym was great... We wished we stayed longer!

The location both the apartment in the facilities and the distance from beach. Good food and excellent staff. The room was kept very clean we were very satisfied. We stayed for three and half week.
