Beautiful gardens, and a large territory you can explore. Very positive vibes from this place, hospitable, helpful, not to mention the prices are amazingly low for such a great establishment.

We were given a better room than we'd booked; the larger double with an ensuite. The room was great, comfy beds and air con! We could park our car on the driveway. Downstairs there is a kitchen/dining room you can chill out in and cook meals. The host family are very friendly and live in the house next door so they're always on hand if you need something, but you also have plenty of space. It's just a 5 minute walk to the town centre and the church, but it's in a very quiet residential area. We loved the place so much we extended our stay by another night.

Breakfast… probably I’ve never ate so much in the morning because it’s absolutely amazing. WiFi is strong and fast, more than enough for videoconferencing. Moreover it’s environmental friendly house with solar panels and water heaters, that’s still unusual in Armenia.
