It is a very new hotel and the rooms are really nice - big, modern, clean. Breakfast had multiple options and was really delicious. We also enjoyed the pool and found the staff very friendly.

Although we were on the top most floor (3rd), the water pressure was absolutely great! Which is something most apartments don't do well but it was very convenient. I come to Duqm during my Oman road trip. But I had emergency there with my car battery. Hotel manager Mr. Ahmed helped me a lot, he even brought his own jump starter to location outside the hotel to help me. I am very grateful and impressed positively. Thank you, Mr. Ahmed! Hotel is good, room is big and comfortable. Free coffee and tea in lobby. I can recommend this hotel to all travelers
