Room was very spacious and well decorated. Kenny, our host, Kenny, was over the top nice and accommodating allowing us to come in a back entrance from the parking area due to an injury my wife suffered while we out walking one day. The room also had a wonderful Dundee cake and coffee in the room for our first breakfast.

Seaview Cottage Central Dundee is set in Dundee, 2.4 km from Discovery Point, 24 km from St Andrews University, and 28 km from St Andrews Bay. The place was bigger and better decorated than the pictures show. The bathroom is also separate, not 'en suite' as listed. We liked that it had a full tub as well as shower. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment if you want to prepare your own meals. Very clean place. Communication was very good with the hosts even though we had a problem with Booking.com with the reservation. There are bus stops right nearby or an easy 20 minute walk into the centre, if you don't have a car.

Located in the West End of Dundee, the Shaftesbury Lodge Guest House is a 5-minute taxi journey from Dundee city centre. Breakfast was excellent. Delicious bacon and sausages. Good choice of cereals, fresh fruit, juices and yogurts and other breakfast choices.
