It takes 30 mins by bus and metro to reach the Heaven;s palace near the forbidden city. The stuff was very friendly and always trying to help, they have a small translator decide to help with communication. The service was at high level.

My flight was canceled and the staff did everything they could to lessen the blow! They escorted me by shuttle to and from the airport to solve my dilemma...a great relief.
