When we arrived ,our room was in the basement and it was not finished to being repair so we asked to change us room and she tried but everything was full the next morning we asked again for the second nite and no problem they gave us a room upstairs, for sure we will be back. Hotel Motel Belle Plage overlooks St. Lawrence Bay, just 2 minutes' walk from the local ferry. It boasts a restaurant which specializes in fish and seafood. The staff went way out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable, including very quickly and satisfactorily addressing a need that unexpectedly arose. We would definitely stay here again!

Located in Matane and bordering the sea, this motel is about 1 km from the F.A. Gauthier ferry. It features a heated seaside pool (June 24th to Labour Day) and free in-room WiFi. My husband and I were each traveling on a motorcycle and being able to park right in from of our room was a bonus. And the ocean view was spectacular.
