This is how a five star hotel should look like. Really an amazing place to stay. Friendly staff. The whole experience that they provide you is really really good. Check in was really friendly. The smell of the face towels in the room. Breakfast is extremely good. The room that they make ready for you in the west evening. The warm welcome. The help of you need anything. Providing unlimited drinking water. Just everything.

Very well situation within easy walking distance to the shops, centre, sights. We went to watch the Madrid Open Tennis and it was ony a 20 min Uber away. Friendly staff, great 2 bedroomed apartment, clean and comfy we didn't really use the kitchen but it looked like it had everything needed.

Great location in a really cool neighbourhood of Madrid,. Staff where excellent especially Cristina on reception who went above & beyond on her level of service. When we where checking in I dropped a bowl we had bought as a memento by our daughter. Cristina & Victor took the trouble to have it repaired and delivered to our room at no cost. On this trip we stayed at 16 different hotels in the USA, Canada, Portugal, Spain and Japan, this was by far the best!

Everything: the reception when you arrive, the room was very spacious, the bed and pillows were heaven, the food was really great. I had to leave before breakfast and they prepared a little to-go bag with fruit, coffee, juice, a sandwich etc. Everything was perfect.

The structure has some signs of its age but the location (close to the main attractions of Madrid) and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff are exceptional. I also report cleanliness of the room. Absolutely recommended
