It’s beautifully furnished and located perfectly on the Schwarzsee in walking distance of Kitzbühel. Food and service are excellent. The wellness area and pool are amazing!

Everything about this hotel was excellent! The location is in heart of Kitzbhul with complimentary parking just across the street. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed at the Kaiser suite and the room was very specious, with all the amenities we needed and the view from the three (three!) balconies were just stunning. Breakfast was very good with a rich selection and again the staff there was very friendly and welcoming. We used the sauna at the bottom floor a couple of times which was really nice to use after a long day. They even let us check out past the check out time so we had some more time to relax before our trip back.

It's a fabulous hotel with exceptional staff. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and with a great view of the mountains. The hotel itself was only a short distance and we were very well treated on each of our visits. The menu isn't particularly large but we had two wonderful, if a tad. pricey, dinners there. Breakfast either inside or on the terrace, accompanied by a very good sparkling rose!

I've wanted to spend a night at the Tennerhof for years and finally made it. Our brief stay made us want to visit again for a longer stay in the spring. Looking forward to that and a meal in the highly rated hotel restaurant.

Such a wonderful, warm welcome to an American family that had never visited the Alps in winter before. Great location, amazing staff. Our rooms were basic, and not large, but very comfortable. The town was lovely and the restaurants were amazing.
