Poysdorf is in the middle of the Lower Austrian wine-growing...
Poysdorf is in the middle of the Lower Austrian wine-growing area "Weinviertel" (i.e. Wine Quarter), which specializes in white wines, although the red ones are also very tasty. I can recommend a wine-tasting session (10 different wines) at one of the "Heurigen" wine cellars. The (large) meat, sausage and/or vegetarian platters furnish a necessary "foundation" for all the alcohol. But the non-alcoholic grape juices are lovely too.

Nice and kind people at the restaurant and the reception as well, good food for breakfast and a la carte as well. Rooms were always clean. Possibility of premium activities in walking distance (biking, golf, wine tasting)
