Nice room and facilities. We loved having the ocean just in front of the hotel therefore the possibility to swim at walking distance from our room. Also one of the best places to have breakfast in the area.

Willemstad is a quaint, beautiful place. I love the people of Curacao. The food is very good. Many of the restaurants have incredible views. There is plenty of music and dance. The multicultural, warm atmosphere in Curacao is unique. I treasure my time there and wish I had more.
The one weak point of Curacao is the shopping. If you are a shopoholic, spend the week in Manhattan.

I like walking around the city on both sides of the bridge.
I like walking around the city on both sides of the bridge. It is funny how the stores do not really follow an opening/closure schedule so if you might like doing some shopping you should forget about the beach day and walk around the nice stores. There is a nice and new art gallery called Bagira Artist and Gallery, the artist is an open heart person and her job is superb! She allowed me to visit the installations during a time that everything was closed.

For the price that was charged I expected way more.
For the price that was charged I expected way more. For instance they don't have any parking on site. Very often the closest on-street parking I could find was a long walk away and this was very frustrating. The room we stayed in was shown as ocean view but it was kind of a side view. Again, this would have been fine for much lower cost but at about USD 350 a night I expected at least parking at the facility (even if it meant paying some more). Also charging for Coffee pods was silly, keep in mind I was paying USD 1350 for the stay and they wanted to add 5 more bucks for the coffee pods!
Outside of the above, rest was fine. One of the staff was very helpful. Place was very clean and the the full property was well maintained. The main tourist area is about a 15 minute walk so the location is not bad.

Willemstad, capital of Curaçao, enchants with colorful Dutch colonial style architecture, as in Punda and Otrobanda. Its crystal clear beaches offer spectacular diving. The floating Queen Emma Bridge and the Floating Market are attractions to be seen.

I have been to Curacao twice, and still have not been to Mambo Beach. Otherwise the downtown area is a must for a visit. The point in bridge at night lights up, you have the Curacao sign, the Dushi sign and the iguana. All around just a beautuful island with beautiful people.

Willemstad is an authentic and colorful Caribbean city with a very interesting Dutch colonial architecture in both sides of the city. To my surprise, I found that Otrobanda (where we've stayed) has been beautifully renovated with some parts full of cultural buildings, museums, small colorful streets and excellent street-art displays. The highlight is the magnificent view of the harbour and the bridge that rotates full of lights, it's an spectacle!
There isn't a frequent or reliable public transportation, almost none in the city. I found it very disappointing to be obligated to rent a car or take Taxis to get around.
The location was great, sort of between the city and the beaches. So both are easy to get to if you have a car, which you'll need anyway in Curacao. Can recommend the resort's own rental service. Stayed in one of the lodges, modern and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Close to several supermarkets if you want to cook in. Friendly and helpful staff, always available for questions via whatsapp. The resort is located in its own gated compound so felt very safe.
We had a lovely stay at La Bamba, staying there twice during our stay in Curacao with a few days in Westpunt in between. The location is great to walk into town and drive to the nearby beaaches, e.g. Mambo and had off street parking. Such a nice relaxed atmosphere here.
Suus was amazing and made our trip. Extremely helpful and great communication! Would definitely recommend a stay at la bamba!!!
The location, the facilities and the staff were exceptional. Raul, Sarah and Ellis were highly responsive and accommodating with any requests or needs. The private beach with shower and shade huts and trees was lovely. Like every beach in Curacao, snorkeling feet from the shore provided an amazing array of colorful fish.
I would definitely stay here again if given the possibility.
Breakfast not included in our rental, but several delicious coffee shops and restaurants just minutes away by walk.
Excellent food for breakfast, lunch and diner very close to our location! There was even a coffee shop right under our apartment (Iguana Cafe) and another one not too far (La Boheme Curacao), they became very convenient and our go to spots to start the day! :)
Everything. The place was amazing, modern, clean, very well located and the owner and admin were very welcoming.
I've stayed in Curacao many times before and I would certainly say that this is one of the best apartments in the island.
You can't go wrong staying here. It's the best of two worlds......the independence from an airbnb and the quality service of a hotel.
The hosts are very friendly, they make you feel comfortable and at home, the truth is that it is a highly recommended hotel, it has a terrace to watch the sunrise and sunset and to relax for a while, it has two swimming pools and is well located near beautiful beaches and the Willemstad center
I stayed in an individual bedroom and it was ver very comfy. Good space, lot of drawers and very confortable bed. Location is great, in a quiet street nearby many good bars.
The fact that we can rent a car at the hostel is a plus!
Curaçao and the hostel are so good that I extended my stay.
I choose this place due to the good comments, breakfast included, location, and facilities as pool. It's a really nice place to stay, comfortable, clean and safe. It includes a hostel, hotel and apartments. I met few people and I think I had a good solo birthday trip in Curacao.
I like the location, the private beach, the fact that there were restaurants and stores just walking outside the hotel. The staff in the counter were very nice and helpful. I love that they have a shuttle service to go to Willemstad.
The location of the hotel is excellent, only 2-3kms from the airport. The owner was very nice, spoke English and offered a lot of information about Curacao and even drove us to the center of town so that we could explore Willemstad.
A perfect place as a base for exploring Curaçao. Very quiet, centrally located, super helpful staff, lots of amenities and above all, low-cost (especially for longer term stays). They als have handy low-cost cars for rent.
We went to Curacao for work reasons. Cocobana was the perfect place to work and also clear our minds at the pool or beaches in the area. If one day we return we will surely stay again in Cocobana! :)
This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. You really felt like a local but with 5 star service. Highly recommend, scuba lodge made the entire curacao experience. Will return!!!
I thought everything that was promised was provided. My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Curacao thanks in part to the nice staff, beautiful location and awesome experience.
Centrally located close to the Curacao and Dushi signs. Lots of restaurants nearby and shops also. The Queen Emma Bridge is a couple minutes walk away.
