The hotel is a chic boutique style but not at all stuffy or pretentious.

The location of the hotel between two major metro lines is a plus point. The street is rather quiet, you don't hear traffic so much. We heard one police siren during the 4 nights we spent.
We booked two rooms for 4 people. Both of them had tea facilities.
The first room was with a bathtub and in the middle of the corridor. The room was quite big, with a bit of storage space. TV, desk and chairs, open storage with hangers and a couple of shelves. Air conditioning also working as heating is another plus point. Wi-Fi was working fine.
The second room was with a shower and located at the end of the corridor. The bathroom was smaller and the shower a bit tight (no place to bend). Also, every morning it smelled of croissants. Wi-Fi was poor.
Breakfast was good. Bacon and scrambled eggs,, some ham and cheese incl. Brie, croissants and bread. Nutella, honey, jam. Cornflakes are also available. Coffee is really good and tea is also possible. Apples and bananas were also available.
The bacon and eggs trays were constantly empty, but after requesting it, refill came in max. 10 min.
The hotel lobby has a shoe cleaning machine, free of charge. There also have a (locked) luggage storage area, also free of charge.
The rooms were cleaned daily (bins emptied).
The hotel also has a waiting room with two vending machines. The one for coffee only accepts cash/coins.
The reception staff and breakfast staff are kind and polite.
voco Paris Montparnasse is located in Paris’s 14th arrondissement just in front of Gaîté Metro station and a 5-minute walk from Montparnasse Train Station.
Great hotel! The reception is working 24/7, employees there are fluent in English and always help with your questions. The rooms are clean, with bed linen, towels and hygiene items. Large beds with comfortable mattresses, also working TV, fast Wi-Fi, elevator, enough parking slots! Breakfast is diverse and tasty. From the hotel to the Eiffel Tower is only about 17 km. Thanks to the staff for the service and great weekend in France!
Great location. Very easy to get from hotel to centre of Paris (takes 30-40 minutes), and just 8-10 minutes taxi ride to station.
Food excellent especially evening meal. Not a huge choice for breakfast but plenty for a basic breakfast and good quality. Nicely decorated and relaxing dining area. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy, Good powerful shower in room.
it was so dirty, they need to know how to wash their sheets if they do so! we arrived late, nobody at the reception!!! we asked to call a taxi early morning, they replied (nobody will here to do that for you!) bath is extremely dirty! location beside an industrial area! my son said : is it a hunted hotel? it was a complete nightmare not worthy at all
The room is ok, the bed is properly made, the bathroom is ok, but it is mixture of old and new items, still ok, the staff at the reception are lovely people, the way they receive while walking into the hotel is so nice, but the cleaning staff are so annoying, from 9.30am they start knocking at the door, they want to clean.
the breakfast was reasonable, there weren't many options, but it was tasty, the room didn't have a hairdryer or a bathtub pin, only the use of the shower was available, the service was good, they speak English, and there are bus next to the hotel which makes it easy to get to the center of Paris
Parking was too important for us and this hotel has a parking. For me, the entrance of the hotel was complicated for the first time, which I think it is related to the driving and street rules in France (driving is a bit complicated and drivers are so nervous).
I was asked to pay cash at the hotel
69 Euros and was later again debited
£58 from my visa mastercard, which
I made a complaint to booking.com.
I will appreciate it if my money is refunded back into my account asap
Regards
Basic, economical hotel but with all the essentials and a good level of hygiene in the room. The corridors and the lift could be in better condition.
Adequate breakfast
The pizza delivery from other place that delivers to this hotel, actually the hotel recommends another place for food instead of their own restaurant. This is crazy
