I am a regular visitor here and in Rogla ski centre.
I am a regular visitor here and in Rogla ski centre. If I weren't satisfied the services or the landscape, I wouldn't come here so often. It is good for hiking, bathing, relaxing and skiing-snowboarding. I haven't been here in spring or in the summer but I am plannig as it must be beautiful then I had breakfast and dinner at my hotel (ReActive). I used my car but there is a busline up the mountain of Rogla. You can also reach Gorenje easily from here.JózsefHungary - 10Scored 10
There are many things you can visit, see and do in Zreče and...
There are many things you can visit, see and do in Zreče and its surroundings. Take a bath in Terme, visit Rogla and Pot med krošnjami Pohorje, take a walk around Zreče lake, visit a mini ZOO, have a historic experience at Žička Kartuzija, visit ruins of castle in woods or have a day filled with sports activities, cycling etc.

I am a regular visitor in Zrece, ie. in Rogla.
I am a regular visitor in Zrece, ie. in Rogla. I recron it is a nice area for skiers, hikers and those who like nature or 'Sauna-world'. It is quite easy to reach from the High Way. Rogla (ski centre) is about 20 minutes up by car but there are ski-buses regularly. Maribor (the second largest city in Slovenia) is only about an hour from Zrece. On the top of Rogla there is a new Tree-top walking, a 37-metre high tower with a picturesque view to the surroundig hills and Julia Alps. I can also recommend that. The area around Zrece is amazing. Heaps to do. The new forest tower walk is close by as is the space centre. The visitor centre was very very helpful and sent me on an amazing trip around the area that planned in with my next destination. They were so much more helpful than the LJ information center. I would definitely go back for a couple of days and have more of a look around.

We also loved the fact that they have electrical bikes at the hotel so we could easily rent them for half a day. Nevertheless, we prolonged our stay with 1 more day because we liked it so much. :) Breakfast is good and the rooms are very clean. The location is also a great exploration point for the Pohorje area. Zrece is great for hiking and cycling trails as well!MadalinaRomania

There is also a common area with games and some toys for kids. There was also a play area outside, but that was closed during our stay even though the weather was warm and nice. But I suppose it will be open in the summer. Breakfast was fine and the restaurant had nice options for dinner.

Receptionist speaks numerous languages and was exceptionally friendly. In the room there is a refrigerator, TV with lots of TV programs. The room was well lit, bright and in good state. Breakfast was very nice. Extra: excellent choice of payment options.
