Room was warm, comfortable and spacious enough for a single person. Staff were welcoming and helpful with most issues apart from WIFI. Breakfast was nice.

Super kind and friendly staff (all including receptionist, spa, drivers, restaurant servers and others), very convenient in/out to ski telecabin with the free shuttle service, great breakfast and dinner, amazing spa and sauna facility, and the room also had a nice bathtub as well. I really enjoyed my stay overall. The view was very nice from the room as well.
