The couple running the Saint Roch where very kind and helpful during our whole stay. It is a great location for visiting the Valle d'Aosta and also the area around Torino.

I liked everyting of the property. It is a two floors full apartment, with an equipped kitchen. There are stairs for going upstairs. The bathroom has all one needs. The bed is comfortable and from the bedroom one can see the Forte di Bard. The location is excellent, since the place is right in the central street, very close to the lifts that bring visitors up to the Forte . I arrived by train; it took about ten minutes to arrive on foot. The breakfast is rich and good. I have not used the wifi.
Featuring views of River Dora Baltea and the village of Bard, Belvedere Di Simona Cotti Piccinelli offers modern-style studios with a balcony. Guests enjoy free use of a shared laundry.

The key element here was how flexible and kind the hostess was. I was allowed to check in very early, and the check in was easy. The location is also wonderful; the room looked right out over the river and Fort Bard can be seen from the window. Comfortable room with enough space and storage.

Champorcher is a secluded stone village in a beautiful valley high in the mountains. There are amazing walks in the nature, good restaurants and a great little supermarket with everything you will need (ie wine, cheese, etc!!) Really peaceful - we had a wonderful stay.
