Hotel was not acceptable, dirty, foul musty odor . We did not stay, lady at Front Desk said she understood why we were not staying. She also advised she had not charged the room. I thanked her.
Located on a golf course, Hôtel Château Bromont offers views of the surrounding mountains. There are 3 restaurants and a full service spa with an authentic Turkish bath on site.

It’s a unique place; we were here for the spa next door. Location can’t be beat. It was very spread out with lots of random common areas and a communal kitchen; our checkin was lovely but we found ourselves discovering these spaces. The room was nice and faced the grounds; I wouldn’t have wanted a room that faced the parking.

-They refused a refund when we down sized from a suite to a standard room (when they promised our suite would have joining doors to the other people we were staying with).
-Refused to give us a credit for the zoo when it was down pouring
-Provided all carbs for breakfast with only cold boiled eggs.

Great little ski town that is a warm, inviting community.
Great little ski town that is a warm, inviting community. We got a lot of help (and purchases!) from Sports Bromont who were great in helping us upgrade ski gear but also with local tips on the areas. Canel French bakery was a new level of mind-blowing deliciousness! Le Madrigal for a romantic dinner was also another highlight of our trip with the divine French cuisine.
The Bromont ski hill itself had great facilities and, although we didn’t get much snow being early in the season (end of December) it was still enjoyed by us as advanced skiers. We had a L’est Go pass which meant we also explored Owls Head and Mont Orford which were both smaller than Bromont but we enjoyed the runs more & they seemed to get a bit more snow.
Be aware if you’re going out in Bromont there are limited taxi services so be prepared & book, or have a designated driver.

Bromont is a beautiful small town It is easy to get around by car, on bicycles or on foot. The hotel is in a great area for eating, walking and exploring. Several challenging golf courses within a short driving distance from the hotel. The pool is well maintained and is in a park-like setting

Great visit to neat ski town in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. They've restored the old town of West Sheddord, and now call it "Old Bromont" or Vieux Bromont which is interesting in itself. Great little shops and restaurants along a mile or so of town. Neat hiking biking trails thru and around town.

Close to Granby zoo which is extremely interesting and family friendly. Children and teens enjoy the waterpark experience and the drives around the area are beautiful. Strolling in the Main Street is interesting.
Beware of restaurant closings. They tend to close for two to three days during the week. Plan your restaurant outings carefully especially fine dining
There were ants in the bathroom; in February. The slider door did not lock and I had to ask maintenance to fix it. The bathroom door would not shut properly. The bathroom has not spot to put soap/shampoo/conditioner. The toilet paper was the cheapest I have ever seen. The pool area was dirty, not the pools and the floors.
The shower water was barely warm.
Staff could not even be bothered to shovel the front stairs.
This hotel is a no-tell motel and should be discounted significantly for the lack of quality.
The Auberge is a charming historical building in Vieux Bromont. There are many good restaurants, cute shops and walking trails nearby. The room was well appointed in a tasteful modern design with a very comfortable bed, strong WiFi and smart TV with Netflix, etc. The bilingual staff was very welcoming and graciously tolerated my weak French. There is an inviting hot tub and sauna outside that looks onto the property's private back yard. I would stay here again.
The location of the hotel is pretty good. You are near to just about everything you need in Bromont. A short trip from a cute downtown strip, the velodrome is around the corner (<5 min bike ride) and the skiing facilities are also very close by. A basic breakfast is provided (coffee, juice, cold cereal, bagels, croissants, hard-boiled eggs) which was fine for us but may be disappointing for others compared to what is offered at most major hotel chains.
Very warm welcome - laid back host. Very attractive gite and, although small, room within it. Warm, despite being very cold outside. Walked from property to another part of town - very pleasant and quiet surroundings. On this occasion, helping a family member move to the area, so did not ski, but would be perfect base for skiing. Exceptionally good breakfast, and enjoyed talking to host.
The room was very spacious and clean. Comfy, clean beds. The kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies (toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery etc). Stores are very close by if any groceries / supplies are needed. Located across from one of Bromont’s many bike paths.
Great repeat stay at this comfortable and well located condo. Great public areas as well (pool, BBQ, storage locker for sports equipment). A very enjoyable stay with easy access to all Bromont activities (mountain, golf, velodrome, restaurants)
I really enjoyed the kitchen/living room addition in the room. Everything worked well and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and was in an extremely convenient location close to the Bromont Equestrian Park.
The hotel itself is lovely. Very clean , beautiful view of mount bromont and surrounding countryside. Lovely outdoor swimming pool and scenic rooftop with multiple hot tubs and seating. Comfortable beds and quiet for sleeping.
This was a beautiful hotel .We had a view of the ski hill from our window and a fire place.in the room. We were happy there were restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely go back again
I like a lot the location if this condo, for ski is perfect. As well, it is close for walking to lovely Old Bromont downtown with boutiques, cafés and restaurants.
Good location, 3 min drive away from Bromont ski resort, complimentary snacks and drinks was nice, clean comfy place, owners were quick in response via messages
