A good selection of runs of different difficulties, plenty of runs for beginners. Good lift system.
Some of the bars were a bit rough and ready. Restaurant 2134 was excellent.
Easy access to 1950 where the quality and variety of food shops was better.

Not really ski-in, ski-out.
Not really ski-in, ski-out. Walking required both in and out. Very dated infrastructure. Rooms very basic. Staff was rude at times, but some were nice. Good environment for kids and families, but don't expect a resort-feel.
Old-style apartment that has been refurbished to a high level. Everything you will need, unlike others I have used in the past. Shower is very powerful. We were met at the bus stop and escorted to the apartment - it would be hard to find if you collected the keys from Arc 1600. Arc 2000 is a bit of a maze.
Great location and rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is good, as well as relaxing at the lounge bar.
On our departure, we had a flat battery, and 2 of the staff assisted us by hooking up to the hotel van to bring life to our vehicle.
Lovely pool area to relax in, so I will definitely be back.
The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishing - however we cannot take away the fact it was outstanding value, good selection of food both breakfast & dinner along with pleasant staff! Value for money - unbeatable 10/10 - if your on a budget, the place to go!
The location is good, with great views out of our hotel window (although Les Arcs 1950 is a far prettier and better location). Generally the staff were pleasant and helpful. The rooms and the hotel are nicely presented and styled.
Perfect ski in-out location. Fantastic to be able to pick up boots/skis/passes all under one roof. The food and service in this hotel was outstanding. Fantastic terrace for apres ski. We loved it!
The staff were friendly, clean hotel room and towels changed three times during our stay. The restaurant was always clean and had good choices for vegetarians.
