Everything! Very friendly and helpful staff. The chef in the restaurant was very flexible regarding special requests. The food was amazing.

This hotel is a special place, located in the Dolomites that could be rather easy, but it is on a category of locations that really deserve a sound 10. The rooms are ample and decorated with style, beds as confy as I have seen, bathroom just great and surgery room level clean. On top of that the Hotel has a really nice small indoor pool to unwind after a long day hiking up and down the great nearby locations. On top of that the breakfast is simply superb, and they go the extra mile to offer you additional recently made stuff at the table over the never ending buffet. And on top of all those things the personnel at the hotel is just the nicest, really welcoming, helping and kind of feels that they really love their work.

The hotel has a room to keep skis and ski boots which is perfect so you can go from wearing slippers to ski boots without hassle. The hotel is in front of a ski slope (and a children slope called Brunoland that is ideal for young children and beginners). Waiters were extremely friendly and polite. The view from the dining room was very nice. Breakfast was very good. The hotel also has a play room with a fussball table. The hotel had a relaxed and casual atmosphere.

Hotel was fabulous and the owner speaks very good English. it was a stop off point for the rest of our trek. Off season and everything is closed except 1 restaurant and it was raining which is why my rating was low for overall experience but the hotel room was huge with a balcony, dark shades, immaculate and a balcony.

The hotel was lovely. Spa was great and so was the food. We loved our stay and would come again. It was my birthday during our stay and they sent a card and a bottle of wine to help me celebrate. A very nice surprise.

The property is old and charming. A perfect location for families with on premises daycare and ski school lessons. They had an indoor and outdoor play grounds and an indoor heated swimming pool. The resort style hotel is across the street from a large well connected Carezza Dolomites. Their is excellent public transportation that stops in front of the hotel that will take you to the closest town. it is a full service resort with breakfast and dinner provided. Dinner was your traditional four course meals all beautifully platted. They had two dinning rooms. One for younger families with small children so as not to disturb other guests. (That was us) . The staff was exceptional. Most of the guests were Italian or German. This is also a beautiful location for summer activities especially climbing, mountain biking and rafting. I participated in the sunset snowshoeing hike. We will stay their again with our Italian family.
