Excellent location, staff is super nice and attentive, great value when it comes to food and activities (our kids really liked the kids rooms and the clown who came to visit one day). The spa is very nice, we also had massages and were not disappointed. People greet you with a smile everywhere and help whenever possible (we had lots of questions before our arrival and they always got back to us immediately). We liked the hotel so much that we already booked our next stay.

Breakfast was good. Only one of the staff was nice and helpful. The room was gorgeous, big, specious. But that's all. The cons outplay the pros by a mile so to speak.
