The staff is amazing! We loved every single person who worked there— they all went out of their way to be helpful. We have to mention Adam and Maria who checked us in late (our train was delayed) and who appeared genuinely invested in making sure we enjoyed our time exploring the area. Breakfast was good. Location was good, parking was easy, very nice view from the hotel. We stayed at 3 different regions/hotels in Switzerland around the same price range and this was our favorite for location, value, and breakfast. Everything about the property was top notch profound enjoyable. We were there for 9 nights. Got to know the owner and staff. Great breakfast, tea all day. Within 1 block for bus routes 104 and 105. Busses are free. Front desk gives you an Interlaken card for free buses but thru never ask. Great jumping off place for all major things to go. Would definitely return hopefully for a longer stay.
