When we arrived we had booked two rooms and they were on the highway side of the hotel. I asked the manager if possible if could we be relocated away from that side. He had one room available, so we let our daughter’s family take it since the night before we all didn’t sleep well. Bonus is it had a huge deck for us to hang out on after the children were put to bed.

The hotel was lovely. Spa was great and so was the food. We loved our stay and would come again. It was my birthday during our stay and they sent a card and a bottle of wine to help me celebrate. A very nice surprise.

Good service, friendly staff. Rooms are a bit basic, quite warm. Interior a bit outdated. Decent place to stay, location is nice

The building is a real piece of medieval history built 1528.
It's basically a palace!
Staff is real nice and helpful.
Good WiFi.
The place is great if they can fix the rooms
We liked everything about this hotel, especially the staff too bad we only stayed for 1 night we look forward staying again at this hotel. We left early morning and didn't have time for breakfast, guess what they woke up early too to prepared a breakfast for us. And something that we can bring on the road. They are so nice they made sure that we are good. We must say also the dinner is superb! My wife and I had the best dinner. Thank you so much! Service is awesome 👌
Staff and host extremely friendly and helpful, especially Petra who helped us a lot - thank you Petra. Great location to tour Val d’Ega. Room and bathroom very comfortable, clean and well maintained, and there is great view to the mountains. The food is an absolute highlight: the HB deal is a must with a wonderful buffet breakfast and a great 5-course dinner of top quality! We loved this hotel
Great location! Awesome view from the room!! Excellent breakfast, big variety!!! Very welcoming staff, always there for you(helped us to plan our hiking according to the weather, a lot of tips for trips, maps ecc. there is an option to order a full 3 course dinner from the restaurant in the hotel for 20€. The food is delicious!
Choose this hotel if you want to receive warm family-like care while traveling. We hope that you will receive a warm dinner by choosing the half board. I got it in a hurry, but I was satisfied and extended it by one more night. If I come to the Dolomites again, I will come here.
