Nice clean hotel with great value for your money. The rooms where clean. The bed was outstanding to sleep in. I don't like soft beds. Only the pillow was to soft and to small. But that's personal. Loved it.

We landed in Oberau by accident by putting the wrong address...
We landed in Oberau by accident by putting the wrong address in the GPS but it was a great mistake. We never would have found this place on our own and the collection of small villages in the mountains was just charming and very beautiful.

A beautiful small village in the Wildschonau with some restaurants and cafes, a Spar supermarket, a church, ski lifts and cable cars nearby. Centre for walks, tennis and an outdoor swimming pool and the very interesting z Bach farming and local life museum.

We are a family of four and stayed in one of the two bedroom units which was extremely spacious. All apartments have wonderful unobstructed view over the Ski Juwel resort and the sunset. Although the balconies are not yet finished, the place is fully functional. Christina - the owner is probably the nicest host we’ve ever had in Austria.

Beautiful setting, warm and friendly staff throughout, very nice rooms, a pool, and even a small game room for the kids. The restaurant was good and it was nice to do both breakfast and dinner there. We had a 3 bedroom suite on the top floor and it was nicely remodeled, had tons of space and was very clean. Simply wonderful.

Nice and quiet, and only a short drive to shops and tourist areas. Accommodation came with a 'Wildschönau Card', which we used for free access to cable cars and the local outdoor swimming pool. Host was informative, and told us where the good places were to go with our children.

There is a lovely T-bar hill next door for some ski/snowboard runs and the ski bus is 10m from the front door. Dinner in the nearby hotels is easy to access and good quality. It’s located in a beautiful area and I would highly recommend to explore a bit if there is time. I would definitely recommend staying here, it offers perfect value for money!!
