Incredible location, very accommodating and friendly staff, amazing food. They made me feel very welcome and easy to have a small kid there- making dinner fun and engaging. Letting us stay in the pool later- that was incredible. Thank you!

I messaged about my food allergies. I called ahead about them. I spoke with reception when I checked in.
There is no reason why when my meal was served there were multiple courses that I couldn't eat for risk of being sent to a hospital. No apologies were given or offer for any other food.
I was trapped on a mountain, couldn't eat the food I was given and had no way to get any other food. I've stayed at dozens of half-board places before and this was the first where I went to bed without eating because it wasn't safe.

This region is super! It was our first time to visit so we were in awe of the views and the many options for recreation. We were there in July - considered off-season, so we had expected more stores and restaurants to be open that were not. We still had plenty to choose from, and only wished we had planned a longer stay to enjoy the region.

This was one of the highlights of our Northern Italy vacation. I would love to have stayed longer as there is so much to explore. It's incredibly peaceful and you truly feel that you are off the beaten path. It didn't seem to be recommended to stay in Compatsch, but that was the best and most economical option at the time I booked, and we loved staying on the plateau with the beautiful scenery surrounding, though the drive is a bit harrowing. Our hotel provided some meals but otherwise there are some restaurants in the area. There is also a bike rental place in Compatsch, not just at the bottom in Siusi.

It's the perfect place in Sud Tirol!
It's the perfect place in Sud Tirol! No way respect to others beautiful valleys as Gardena or Badia, even they are wonderful, have magic mountains and any service you need. No cars here. Here you are isolate but connected, in the nature but perfectly served. At 1500 mt on sea level, surrounded by Dolomites tops, in the middle of green infinite fields. Hotels and garni, b&b and rifugi, food, wine and beer, gorgeous spa and animals to caress, running, riding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, wandering, just relaxing. Great snow park in wintertime. Suggesting in Autumn.

Stunning views an abundance of walking routes clean clear...
Stunning views an abundance of walking routes clean clear air and an absolute must for photographers!! Be careful though and leave your car in the car park at the shops and walk up on to the pasture as you will get fined for driving on the tracks!
The staff here are so nice! Someone in the Dolomites deflated our car wheels and the staff at this hotel did us a massive favour and helped us inflate them - they even went to a neighbour to get a pump - thank you! Nothing is too much trouble for these guys. The room was lovely with a massive shower and stunning view. We went in autumn but we would love to come back in winter as the hotel has a ski lift right at the property which mean you can ski in and out! We'll be back!
The location cannot be more exquisite and the hotel is a little more difficult to reach. But the quality of the location, the spa facilities are fantastic, and hiking trails are unbeatable. The vegetarian restaurant is also beyond exemplary and delicious. I even asked if they have a cookbook because the food was delicious and filling. My husband, who is not a vegetarian, loved the food. The owner is delightful as is his family.
The location is amazing - tucked away not far from the main center, quiet, beautiful views. Walk out the door onto the trail system. Spacious rooms, nice spa area. The food was excellent - lots of choices such as breakfast buffet and salad bar for dinner. I have a wheat allergy and the staff were very attentive in helping find alternative choices on the menu for me. Staff were very helpful in suggesting hiking routes.
We stayed 2 nights in Alpina Dolomiti to end recover and rest from our hiking trip : it was really amazing.
All the team was perfectly available and caring, they had very nice attentions for us. The rooms were clean and confortable, we slept very well.
And Alpina has the best spa we have ever seen.
Everything was absolutely perfect, I highly recommand !
We cannot wait to come back in winter season.
lovely rooms, tasty food and organic and well sourced, great wines. Swimmingpool indoors and outdoors, sun beds comfy. Everything is clean and well cared for. But most commendable is the friendliness of all staff. Fabulous catering for food intolerances and anything extra that is needed. Good guided hiking tours that are twice a week. A truly fabulous hotel and we met many guests coming frequently.
The receptionist is super friendly and helpful. The location is valued as it is closed to the last parking plot after which people can not drive further by car. It takes 45-60 min from the hotel to the plateau where people can take hundreds beautiful fotos. Highly recommend for photographers.
This is a wonderful hotel in every aspect. Delightful location for hiking Alpe de Siusi. Great breakfast and dinners. Super staff. Fabulous Dolomite views. Nice pool. Cozy lobby. Very helpful information for hiking and they provide a map for easy orientation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Piccolo Hotel. The location is fabulous and convenient - amazing views. The food was wonderful, the bar staff was accommodating, and the staff was delightful. Everything was super clean and comfortable.
Wonderful place - stayed here in summer season! Was very happy with the hotel staff, facilities, food, the views - space to enjoy it all.. and so many hiking tracks just outside the hotel.
Hope to return next summer!
Given the location, expectations were quite high, and the hotel exceeded them. Very comfortable room with great view, nice facilities including laundry. Restaurant was great as well. Would like to visit again.
Very beautiful view from the window. I like the place where the hotel is. You can see unforgettable Milky way at night. Thank you that I had a possibility to buy very good backpack for the mountaineering.
The location right in the Alpe di siusi , great for hiking (but you have to drive a bit more if you want to explore other area)
The room is cosy and comfortable
And the food is great!
The hotel was very nice with spacious rooms, wi-fi, comfy beds and balcony. Very convenient location close to many hikes, gondolas etc. Rich and delicious breakfasts and dinners.
