Mattress was semi hard which was exactly what I like. It was a small room as I asked for a single bed so if you need more space, a room with a double bed would be better.

Snow, winter sports, hotel, restaurants, all in one spot. It’s a very convenient setup for a short getaway. The hotel rooms aren’t huge, but they are nice and have an Alpine feel. The breakfast is quite good, too, and has many options.

The staff was a mix of okay and over-the-top awesome. We had enough awesome ones to make up for the ones that were not so great. We had an outstanding dinner in the Bisto cafe.
