Our family ski a lot in Austria in many different centers. Although the hotels are good, the staff are somehow not polite. But this hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Esp, our waiter at dinner, Ana! She is the 6th star of this hotel :) I do always appreciate people who care&love their jobs. She is that kind. Thanks Ana for the lovely dinner times!

It’s very well taken care off! maintenance is done with love and care. Also renovated part looked great. Breakfast was very good and great assortment, love that there was a fresh juice press you can assist yourself.
Dinner was also very nice, portion of the main dish, could have been a bit smaller. But quality was good and made with love.

Figo and his team are truly delightful. They made my family and me very comfortable. My daughter and nieces really enjoyed meeting Figo’s charming cat, Ferdinand.
