Everything was great! Staff was really exceptionnaly kind, and helpful, making our stay completely relaxing. Facility is very tasteful and stylish, every detail was very well toughtthrough. Spa and wellness is wonderful, and the food is delicious. They pay attention to allergies/intolerances, always offered options for my husband who is gluten and lactose intolerant. The owner and the Team also greeted me on my birthday with a very nice card and housewine, so they really treat all their guest super unique. I can only recomend this place if you want to spend great time.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, one of our party asked to move rooms due to street noise - no problem. Pool and spa areas were excellent. Food in restaurant excellent. Location excellent. Clean throughout.

Figo and his team are truly delightful. They made my family and me very comfortable. My daughter and nieces really enjoyed meeting Figo’s charming cat, Ferdinand. The location of the hotel feels divine - it is serene and stunningly beautiful. This is by far the nicest and most memorable hotel we have been to in Austria.

It’s very well taken care off! maintenance is done with love and care. Also renovated part looked great. Breakfast was very good and great assortment, love that there was a fresh juice press you can assist yourself. Dinner was also very nice, portion of the main dish, could have been a bit smaller.
