Location is excellent for those seeking to visit multiple ski areas in this part of Austria without the higher cost of staying at an actual ski resort. Property is dated in style (1970s) but neat, clean, functional and pleasant. Run by a family including the restaurant on ground level who are very pleasant and accomodating. Excellent breakfast included with good selection. Ate at restaurant 2 nights and food was hearty and good value. Easy free parking right in front of hotel

Rooms are basic, but comfortable and very clean. The entire property is very clean.
We only stayed here for one night while traveling to Italy but will very likely come back here for hiking or cycling.

I cannot say enough how great was our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the town and the nature around are absolutely breathtaking, the food was very fresh and the wine selection beautiful. I loved the attention to details, like our dog got a welcome package for example.
