Beautiful town/village with a gorgeous long road with green in every corner, across from the scenic mountains. So nice to walk around, hike or bike. So many trails in the area it is insane.
Mittenwald is 7 min drive away, where you can also walk around, shop in big supermarkets, dine, go to cafes and more.
Highly recommended area!

Great access point for all XC in Leutasch/Seefeld area.
Great access point for all XC in Leutasch/Seefeld area. Good bus service to link up longer routes. SO many restaurants and cafes alongside the trails but check which days they are closed! Weidach is small but central with many accommodation options, restaurants (many in the hotels), a decent enough supermarket, two ski hire shops. Trails well prepared and they are able to keep the trails open with careful track management despite minimal snow. Huge number of walking trails too, again all well prepared with refreshment stops along the way.

We have been in Leutasch many times, we can compare our vacation time this year to previous visits.
Many retaurants has close down.
The SPIEL PARK that was 1 of the main attraction for children is not operated, there is not enough attraction for families. The guest card in SEEFELD area is poor, we can compare to other regions in Austria, where the SOMMER CARD is very powerful like Schladming region.

Great place to stay for cross country skiing in winter.
Great place to stay for cross country skiing in winter. Very well maintained routes and plenty of nice little lunch spots. Really good variety of routes too, a lot of flatter easier stuff in the valley but harder steeper routes are easily accessible.
Handl apartment was a big WOW, it was one of our best 4 days staying during the 2 weeks travel in Tirol & Salzburg.
The apartment was exceptionally equipped, specious, free parking, garden, BBQ, shared Saunas and relaxation room, ping pong table, grate coffee machine, great service provided by Jasmine.
Handl Apartment is located in a small village, big Supermarket close to the apartment.
There are few local restaurants but the next village 6 Min. driving, Seefeld, has many more choices and bigger center.
Very comfortable, well equipped appt at a fair price. Has all you need, and is quiet, as well as practically placed. Extremely well located in the village, everything in walking distance, including very good supermarket and choice of good restaurants. Bus to seefeld very useful, avoids traffic and parking problems. Stayed many times seefeld, my first stay in Leutasch and loved it as a location, very quick access to Germany and travel to North.
Staff was super lovely, The man & the breakfast lady made our stay more than perfect!
Big free carpark in hotel garden.
Breakfast was excellent. Loved everything on the table, yum yum.
Room was big, quiet and facing the mountain! Heaven.
Cross country ski pistes just outside the hotel, heaven !! The hotel also gave us guest cards, free to use the pistes & bus.
Highly recommended and we will be back ;-)
Location is in a beautiful, peaceful corner of the Leutasch valley, with a network of walks up the mountains or down the valley along the stream. Breakfast every day was excellent, with yogurt, fruits, fresh bread rolls, and an array of cheeses, offer of eggs, etc. The staff were incredibly friendly and did their very best to accommodate vegetarians with a choice of dishes for dinner.
The ambience of the hotel, the hospitality of the staff. The delicious breakfasts and the fine dinners. The atmosphere was most conducive to meeting and conversing with other guests, if one chooses. The quiet cozy spacious rooms are very comfortable, comfy bathrooms with hot towel rods. Spectacular views from the balcony and seating. Everything facilitated a relaxing visit.
Great, stylish, new!
-Very stylish room: modern, high-quality, with pleasant touch in small details like cutlery, shampoo, wine glasses etc
-Sauna was great: warms up quickly and keeps heat high; relax Zone was nice. Just missing an ice bath :)
-Friendly staff.
-Convenient location: 10 min to the Leutasch piste, 10 min to great supermarket, 1 min to bus stop
Solid Tirolean inn with historic restaurant next door and hiking path only 200 meters away. European breakfast with bread, cheeses, yoghurt, jams, plus they make you eggs with ham as you wish. Very friendly hosts who text to you access codes and arrival instructions.
Modern apartment house on the main street of the village of Leutasch. Very good, spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Very usable kitchen with plenty of kitchenware and dishwasher. Nice sauna and garden. Very helpful manager.
Hotel Alpennest,
We spend 5 nights during Xmas. It's a beautiful and very clean hotel with very polite and helpful staff, very nice rooms, extra comfortable beds and pillows!! The breakfast was great too!
Thank you 🌺
Fantastic breakfast; very friendly staff; great location across from x-country ski trails; central to Leutasch; clean and spacious rooms; price included guest pass for x-country ski trails (confirm this when booking).
I liked a lot the hospitality of the host, the amazing breakfast, the location, the Italian restaurant situated on the first floor, the self service principle of the hotel.
I would come again.
It was super cute hotel and the location was stunning. The view from my room was incredible. Breakfast was great and I was given great recommendation on what to see in the area.
The hotel is well decorated and superclean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Surrounding by mountains and farms makes it very scenic. The night was silence and peaceful.
