The town is small and serene.
The town is small and serene. The locals are great and very friendly. Recommending all the great spots to eat, shop, visit. The state parks in the area are wonderful and just down the road. You must drive into Beckley if you want a little more than one restaurant and shop. Ghent is a very small town with few amenities.
Ghent is a very small town with few amenities. There are not many places to stay in the area. It is a beautiful scenic area with many summer tourist attractions in neighboring cities. In the winter there is skiing in Ghent. The Skyline Lodge is a wonderful place to stay in Ghent with a beautiful lake view, great restaurant and bar, and very clean affordable accommodations.JohannaUnited States of America
