The Staff was friendly and made us feel like family!

The Staff was friendly and made us feel like family! We have been there 3 times and love it each time. They booked us on the ground floor, so we wouldn't have to climb stairs. They are a "10" out of 10 in our opinion in all areas! We will be back!

I enjoyed the community of people.

I enjoyed the community of people. They were friendly and outgoing. Chelan offers wineries, fine dining, eclectic boutiques. The live music included country and jazz. Outdoor venues included children, adults and seniors.

The downtown shops were open early on Saturday morning. People were friendly. Merchants were wearing masks and most stores had "masks required" signs posted. Even the resturant, where I ate had a mask required to enter sign. Felt safe.

Chelan is right on Lake Chelan, which is an amazingly beautiful, large clear lake. If you enjoy boating, fishing, skiing, skidos, etc, you will love it. You can rent all kinds of boats and there is a great deal of room on the lake. There are many, many wineries right there that have tastings. There are quite a few restaurants, but staffing is short, as is everywhere, and it can be crowded and difficult to find a place to eat a sit down meal. Most of them serve very plain fare. There are a few upscale places, but are impossible to get in. For a small town there are many things to do. We especially enjoyed the comedy club run by Rotten Apples. The best thing about visiting Chelan is the friendliness of the people, though. We did not come across a single grouchy person.

Lake activities are a plus, but there was a lot of smoke from the wild fires. The fires have sadly become a regular part of visiting Chelan. We have gone to Chelan in the summer for 25 years and like other areas in the west, the fires and smoke are a regular feature through the summer.

Master bedroom headboard not attached properly.

Master bedroom headboard not attached properly. Master bath problem with faucet. Balcony door not secure. I should have verified the pool was indoors Next time I will check what properties you have that meet our expectations better. Had a great dinner at Serento. Loved the AC in our unit!

What a great hotel! Our room was large had a balcony with a view of the lake it was clean the beds were comfortable and they offered a full cooked breakfast. Bring right by a park it allowed us to easily get our dog out to go to the bathroom. It was about a 4 minute drive to downtown Chelan. All for a cost similar to other hotels we had stayed out while traveling the cascade loop but a much nicer room. Especially with a dog!

This motel is older, but very well maintained and very clean. The staff was very nice and the location was not far from town. We walked there and back. We had a problem with the tv one night and it was promptly fixed. The bed and room were very comfortable. It is a great value in the Chelan area, where most properties are pretty expensive. Our room was on the back side, so very quiet. We would stay at the Apple Inn again!

The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We asked for the hot tub to be uncovered and were given extra handtowels to use. Bathrobes were waiting in the room for the walk to the pool area. Very well-maintained and appointed property. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is the usual USA hotel fare: porridge, cereal, toast and fresh waffles and fruit. The mountain view is gorgeous.

We had a fantastic time staying at this house for 4 days! It had plenty of room for two couples, one child, and a dog to be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and deck area with hot tub and fire pit table were an ideal way to end each night. House was also a close drive to downtown Chelan, Manson, and local Vinyards. Absolutely would stay here again!

I just loved this place. It was clean, cute, and your classic lake/beachy accommodation. The owner, Minda, was very sweet and helpful. It was a few blocks walk to the essentials: grocery store, downtown, a great little breakfast diner in the other direction, and the Riverside walk. It was very clean - I'm kind of big on clean, and the Deep Water Inn exceeded my expectations.

This was our first trip out to Lake Chelan and we were blown away!!! You have a/c (which we were so thankful for in 85 degrees), the pool (and a sno-cone stand) right outside your front door, a beach on crystal-clear Lake Chelan in your backyard basically, and Slidewaters park is a mile away- we had a BLAST. Already planning our next trip back! Thank you so much!!

I loved that. It was such a small complex, and that the pool was literally right out the living room doors. Also, as it was such a small complex, we actually got to use the pool all their selves which was really fantastic! You can see the lake from the units and it’s walking distance to most of the things she would want to get to in town .

No breakfast provided. Cottage was greater distance from down town Chelan than anticipated. The majority of the time , we had a nice quiet setting. We were attending a family funeral so the quiet setting was important to us. The neighbors had a loud, barking dog but they were only there part of the time.

Good location , next to the main trunk road in charming Chelan . The room was smallish , but comfy enough and very clean . Extra points for the attention of reception staff , who went the extra mile by sending us emails all the day long until we finally arrived to the premises

The nearby state park is overused, and reeks of garbage, feces, and urine from the 10 Honey Buckets that are used by park visitors, If you survive the smell, the garbage, and litter, the swimming area water is actually good. It getting to the lake that is overwhelming.

Very nice spot in a historic renovated structure, super clean and fragrant. They provide breakfast boxes but it was closed during our stay. 10 minutes walk from beautiful downtown Chelan with plenty of attractions. Excellent communication from the host
