We stayed in Parowan after we completed our day at Bryce...

We stayed in Parowan after we completed our day at Bryce Canyon. It's right next to the Dixie National Forest and an easy turn off the freeway or down the backroads to Zion. It's a peaceful little town, with garage sales aplenty, and a trusty Chevron. Nice view of some hills/mountains. Wonderful owners (Cantonese speakers?).

The staff is amazing! We really loved how much they are putting into their hotel. The furniture was made from 300 year old wood from China. The breakfast was served restaurant style. There was a lot of heart here. We really enjoyed the Hidden Haven bike and our trip to Cedar Breaks. The temperature was 59 degrees up there when in Parowan it was 96!

Very pleasant surprise, a nice throw back to the hotels and motels I remember before the cookie cutter chains started dominating the market. Large comfortable room, very clean, with personal touches. All interactions with staff were excellent. Spacious lobby and breakfast room. Breakfast, though cold, was good.

For this price range, having a hotel room with the size, cleanliness, comfort that is offered by Mountain View Lodge is very very rare. Also the location, it is not on the highway so is quiet, but is still close to highway and other scenic attractions.

Cost was about right for what I expected; nice to have a fridge but didn't need it; there was no iron. The main areas were clean. Nice to have access to a pool. Location is great esp. not having options in Parowan.

Was there for a marathon and was one of only two places in Parowan. They had a building in the parking lot with an indoor pool and spa. Their location across from a grocery store type store was very useful.

The bed was big and comfortable, the area around the hotel is nice and worth to have a walk or at least a drive through. Staff was nice and kind, room spacious and nicely decorated.

Quiet & safe location off the 15 highway in a residential area, and a few large blocks from the Main St. Grocery store across the street, Chinese restaurant on site at hotel.

This hotel actually changed the sheets and towels every day, unlike the chain hotels.
